Do you need my water or electricity?
Nope. Our rig carries its own filtered water and power, so we can deliver the full experience in a driveway, a parking garage, or an office lot. If you’d rather we use your spigot, that works too — but it’s never required.
Where can you detail my car?
Driveways, garages with roughly 6′6″+ clearance, office parking (with permission), and legal street parking. If you can park it and we can stand around it, we can detail it. Unsure about your spot? Text us a photo.
What happens if it rains?
DMV weather keeps us humble. We watch the forecast and reach out ahead of time — light rain is handled with the canopy or a covered spot, and heavier weather means a free, priority reschedule. You’ll never eat a fee for the sky’s decisions.
How long does an appointment take?
Express Shine runs about 75 minutes, Signature about 2.5 hours, and the Hammer Standard about 4.5. You don’t need to hover — many clients hand us the keys and get on with their day. We text you before the final walkaround.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Venmo, or cash — after the final walkaround, once you’ve seen every panel. No deposits for standard packages; ceramic work is scheduled with a consultation first.
How often should I get detailed?
For daily drivers, a Signature every 4–6 weeks keeps the car genuinely new-feeling, with an Express in between if you like it spotless. Ask about maintenance scheduling — returning clients get priority slots.
